We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. 4.3. Travel insurance coverage is not provided by Journe, LLC and must be purchased separately through a third-party provider. 4.4. By booking services with Elysian St. Lucia, you agree to either purchase travel insurance or assume responsibility for any financial losses arising from cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations and Refunds 5.1. Cancellation policies vary based on the services booked and are outlined in your agreement. 5.2. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to vendor policies and administrative fees. 5.3. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities 6.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information to facilitate bookings. 6.2. You must review all travel documents and notify us of discrepancies immediately. 6.3. You agree to adhere to all local laws and regulations during travel. 6.4. You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, theft, and delays. By proceeding with your booking, you assume all such risks. 6.5. You are responsible for meeting all health, safety, and vaccination requirements necessary for travel and entry into your destination.

7. Intellectual Property 7.1. All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Elysian St. Lucia and protected under intellectual property laws. 7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
